Kimonte joins the team in Roseville, CA after 2-plus years at Planet Fitness in Citrus Heights, CA, where he was a Fitness Instructor. While at Planet Fitness, Kimonte developed weight training programs and guided clients on proper nutrition and exercise habits. A caretaker by nature, Kimonte spent 6 years as an In-Home Care Provider, bringing his interest in health and wellness to those in need. Combined with varied experience in retail sales, Kimonte is a talented addition to Precor Home Fitness!
As an ISSA certified personal trainer, Kimonte has started his own fitness training brand called Valiant Journey Fitness. His goal is to provide training at an affordable cost while creating an atmosphere of inclusion and motivation! He believes that fitness is a journey and the path isn’t always clear. Kimonte would like to help others find their way to a healthy lifestyle!
In his free time, Kimonte enjoys hiking, bowling and dinning out. His favorite movie genre is horror and he’s a huge fan of anime and video gaming!
