Eric has his B.A. from The University of Connecticut. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) and has worked in the Fitness industry for 17 years. In his spare time Eric enjoys doing personal training, mountain biking, running, and spending time with his 4 children.
