The Inspire CFT, Commercial Functional Trainer, allows you to have complete freedom of movement in any direction or plane while performing weight resistance exercises. These unrestricted exercises are designed to move the way your body naturally moves. Many of the freestanding exercises incorporate core, secondary, and stabilizing muscles, giving you a more efficient workout.

Inspire's latest Functional Trainer features adjustable pulley positioning from 10 inches off the ground up to 77 inches, 104 inches of cable travel, and 232 degrees of pulley to give you ultimate configurability for your workout.

Also included are multi-grip chin-up/pull-up handles, rock climbing grip handles, and built in accessory storage for the included knurled EZ curl bar, straight bar, rope handle, D- Handles, single attachment straight handle, and hip belt.
