What is your return policy?

With the original sales receipt, returns are accepted within 30 days from date of purchase. The item must be returned in its original packaging and with all accompanying manuals, parts and accessories. For online orders, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return of the product.

The Utility Bench Connector (WB-UB16-CN) anchors the Utility Bench to the Roller Smith Machine, Power Rack, or Half Rack for increased stability during use.

The connector allows for quick removal of the Utility Bench to open area for standing exercises.

Compatible with our Power Rack (WB-PR), Half Rack (WB-HR) and Roller Smith (WB-RS) made after 2011.

Limited Lifetime warranty on the frame (excludes surface finish).
Five years warranty on moving frame (excludes surface finish).
Two years on component parts* (bearings, spring pins and hardwares).
One year on pads, grips and any other wear/tear parts.
Shipping charges may not be covered under the warranty.
Replacement parts may vary in paint color.
